Service Description

Bookings are given a 3.5-hour time slot- Host will receive.... 1 hour prior to party for set up and decorate decorating 2 hours of party time consisting of 1 hour of Pony rides (for riders weighing up to 80lbs) or horse rides (for riders weighing up to 150lbs) with a petting zoo, 2nd hour for food, cake, presents etc. 1/2 hour after-party for clean up Included: Shaded Party Area-4 Picnic Tables, 2 Serving Tables, Cake Table, Present Table, 2 (36") Galvanized tubs for cold drinks and Heater (upon request) Services-Staff will assist the host with carrying items to and from the party area, refrigeration for cake or cupcakes upon request. Allowed- Outside food Not Allowed-Alcohol, smoking or Barbequing at our site Packages start at $600 Price includes up to 20 children & 40 adults (COVID restrictions may apply to # of guest allowed) Additional add on options include: -$15 per additional child (after 20 children) -$100 for an additional hour of use of party area (party area use only no animals) -$100 for an additional hour of pony or horse rides with petting zoo (during 2nd hour of party, no added party time) -$50 per hour for an Additional Horse (for riders weighing up to 150lbs) or Pony (for riders weighing up to 80lbs) to ride (during the pony or horse-riding time) -$50 per hour for face painting service (max 2 hours of service) After your booking is confirmed in order to ensure that every reservation is honored, we ask that you complete the following: -Approve Invoice -Submit a signed party contract. -Pay a $100 non-refundable deposit (will be applied to the party total) ​


Cancellation Policy

Bookings with unpaid deposits are subject to be canceled. All booking requests will be followed up with an invoice we will create and send to you by email and/or text message after your review and approval of invoice please pay deposit via instructions given on the notes section of the invoice. If you do not receive an invoice and we do not receive a deposit within 1 week of your booking your appointment is not considered booked, and it is subject to cancelation. Bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance unless you have an emergency however no matter the reason for cancellation you will forfeit your deposit. If you would like to reschedule for weather, illness or a family emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we need to reschedule due to rain, severe weather or an emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
