Service Description
1-hour private tour of the farm with a pony (for riders weighing up to 130lbs), time with our furry friends (horses, goats, sheep, alpacas, pigs, and rabbit), and time with our feathered friends (chickens & ducks). Enjoy a time of fun & relaxation on the farm. Experience Cost- $125 per experience- price includes 1 to 5 guests. (Under 2 years old free) $25 per additional guest, groups of 10 or more price discounted to $20 per guest Add on options_ $75 to add 30 mins of use of the covered party area to enjoy after 1hr experience (use it to eat lunch, snacks or for a small birthday celebration with cupcakes or cake, etc., you provide) To ensure that every reservation is honored, we ask that you complete the following: -Submit a signed invoice. -Pay Invoice in full and receive a 10% discount or pay a Minimum of a 25% deposit Seasonal Experiences include: Spring- "Mad Hatter Tea Party" - theme music, decorations, tea, cookies, coloring pages or craft. All Bookings from March 10th- May 31st Fall- "Fall Farm Fun"- Fall decorations & pumpkin patch (each child will be able to pick a pumpkin to take home.) In October Winter-"Holiday Lights" (evening appointments at 5p-7p) - Holiday lights, decorations, theme music, hot Cocoa, cookies & craft area. Cancellation Policy
Bookings that are unpaid are subject to be canceled. All booking requests will be followed up with an invoice we will create and send to you by email and/or text message after your review and approval of invoice please pay deposit via instructions given on the notes section of the invoice. If you do not receive an invoice and we do not receive a deposit within 1 week of your booking your appointment is not considered booked, and it is subject to cancelation. Bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance unless you have an emergency however no matter the reason for cancellation you will forfeit your payment. If you would like to reschedule for weather, illness or a family emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we need to reschedule due to rain, severe weather or an emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
