Service Description
Capture unforgettable moments at Dingle Family Farm with our exclusive 1-4 hour private farm photo shoots. Enjoy access to stunning seasonal backdrops and select farm animals, complemented by the assistance of our friendly wranglers. While we do not provide a photographer, we can gladly recommend professionals to help you create lasting memories. We offer the following animals for photos- -Horses -Ponies -White Pony with optional Unicorn Costuming -Goats -Alpacas -Rabbits -Chickens -Ducks Note smaller animals are harder to contain Pricing is as follows (Private use photos only): $175 per hour plus $75 per animal used during shoot *Commercial photography is additional pricing and must be approved prior to shoot All farm guests will be required to complete and sign a release of liability waiver prior to access to the farm. Photographer and Client will be asked to sign a private use photo contract, stating that photos are not to be used for commercial use without the explicit agreement of the Farm Owners. A pre photoshoot walkthrough may be granted by appointment, additional fees may apply.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings that are unpaid are subject to be canceled. All booking requests will be followed up with an invoice with event details , reflecting your payment Bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance unless you have an emergency however no matter the reason for cancellation you will forfeit your payment. If you would like to reschedule for weather, illness or a family emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we need to reschedule due to rain, severe weather or an emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to reschedule your specific appointment, we will give you a credit toward a future farm experience of your choice. PLEASE ALSO READ THE NOTES SECTION OF THE INVOICE.
