Service Description
Educational Farm Field Trips Bring learning to life with an unforgettable educational experience at The Dingle Family Farm and Stables! Our private farm field trips provide students with the opportunity to explore agriculture, meet friendly farm animals, and experience hands-on learning in a beautiful outdoor setting. What Your Field Trip Includes Each field trip includes: π΄ A 1-hour guided educational farm tour π Meet and learn about our horses, goats, sheep, alpacas, mini donkey, Highland cow, pigs, rabbits, chickens, and ducks. πΎ Hands-on learning opportunities with many of our friendly farm animals while learning about their care, purpose, and life on the farm. π 30 minutes of use of our covered party area for your class or group to enjoy snacks or lunch following the guided tour. Our goal is to create a fun, interactive learning experience that complements classroom education while making lasting memories for students. Seasonal Farm Experiences Every season brings something new to enjoy! π Fall Field Trips During the fall season, students can visit our Pumpkin Patch. Every child ages 0β16 may choose one pumpkin to take home as a special keepsake from their visit. π© Spring Mad Hatter Tea Party Each spring, our farm transforms into a whimsical Mad Hatter Tea Party experience! The farm is beautifully decorated with themed dΓ©cor, creating a magical atmosphere while students continue enjoying their educational farm adventure. Large Groups Welcome We happily accommodate school groups of all sizes. For groups larger than 30 guests, we may modify the experience to better serve your students. Adjustments may include: β Dividing students into smaller guided tour groups β Extending the use of the covered party area β Adding an educational craft or art project β Adjusting the schedule to provide the best possible experience We will discuss the best plan for your group during the booking process. Visions in Education We proudly accept Visions in Education Charter School vouchers. Field Trip Pricing Pricing is based on total attendance, with discounts available for larger groups. β Less than 50 guests: $20 per guest β 50β89 guests: $15 per guest β 90β140 guests: $10 per guest We look forward to welcoming your students to The Dingle Family Farm and Stables for a day of learning, discovery, and unforgettable farm fun!
Cancellation Policy
Important Information Within 24 hours of receipt of your request you will receive an email (which may request additional information). After we contact you via email and collect any necessary information pertaining to your booking request, we will create an invoice for you accordingly. The invoice will be sent to you via email and text for your review and approval. Once we receive your approved invoice, payment we will update your invoice and your booking will be complete. If payment is collected online during booking the invoice that we send will be marked as paid and will serve as your receipt. For Payment- Options-(must choose 1) -Pay in full at the time of booking (date of invoice creation) and receive a 10% discount -Pay a 50% deposit at the time of your booking (date of invoice creation) and the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment Methods of payment- (must choose 1) -Credit Card (small credit card service fee applies) -Venmo @christina-dingle-1 (last four digits 7294) -Zelle 925-383-7294 Christina Dingle Please Note your booking will not be considered approve (complete) unless the above-mentioned requirements are met. You must receive our approval via email and/or invoice and we must receive the invoice signed by you and your payment. Most appointments are weather permitting and are subject to rescheduling. If for any reason we should need to reschedule your appointment, we will reach out to you as soon as possible and work with you to find the next available date at no charge to you. If you should need to reschedule due to an emergency, sickness, or weather we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to find the next available date at no charge to you. (we do not allow reschedule for specials events including farm open houses, paint days, camps and events where individual entry tickets are sold, however in most cases we will forward credit your paid balance toward another farm experience) If you are running late to your appointment, we ask that you text 925-383-7294. Modifications may need to be made to your appointment and we will need to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late.
