Service Description

Spend a 1/2 hour Glamorizing our adorable pony- Children will enjoy choosing from a few different costume ideas such as unicorn, fairy, dragon, Hollywood and more. Each child will be given time to pet, brush, decorate & walk our pony in the main arena for a fashion show. This is great for all ages, boys and girls. Parents can enjoy the experience with their child. Note-The Glam ponies are strictly for petting, brushing and decorating no rides will be given on these ponies. The cost is $100 and includes up to 5 guest admissions. Additional guest can be added for $25 each or $20 each for groups of 10 or more. Children and adults are counted, everyone over 2 years old must pay admission. Deposit is required at booking. 10% discount is given if booking is paid in full.

Cancellation Policy

Important Information Within 24 hours of receipt of your request you will receive an email (which may request additional information). After we contact you via email and collect any necessary information pertaining to your booking request, we will create an invoice for you accordingly. The invoice will be sent to you via email and text for your review and approval. Once we receive your approved invoice, payment we will update your invoice and your booking will be complete. If payment is collected online during booking the invoice that we send will be marked as paid and will serve as your receipt. For Payment- Options-(must choose 1) -Pay in full at the time of booking (date of invoice creation) and receive a 10% discount -Pay a 50% deposit at the time of your booking (date of invoice creation) and the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment Methods of payment- (must choose 1) -Credit Card (small credit card service fee applies) -Venmo @christina-dingle-1 (last four digits 7294) -Zelle 925-383-7294 Christina Dingle Please Note your booking will not be considered approve (complete) unless the above-mentioned requirements are met. You must receive our approval via email and/or invoice and we must receive the invoice signed by you and your payment. Most appointments are weather permitting and are subject to rescheduling. If for any reason we should need to reschedule your appointment, we will reach out to you as soon as possible and work with you to find the next available date at no charge to you. If you should need to reschedule due to an emergency, sickness, or weather we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to find the next available date at no charge to you. (we do not allow reschedule for specials events including farm open houses, paint days, camps and events where individual entry tickets are sold, however in most cases we will forward credit your paid balance toward another farm experience) If you are running late to your appointment, we ask that you text 925-383-7294. Modifications may need to be made to your appointment and we will need to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late.
