Service Description
Appointments are available in December only on Tuesday-Saturdays from 5p-8p. Bring your family or a group of friends for an evening of Holiday fun. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Holidays on the Farm. The Experience includes a 1-hour farm tour where you will meet our horses, cows, petting zoo animals and your children (weighing 130 lbs or less) will enjoy a ride on our pony. At the end of your tour warm up with hot Cocoa, eat yummy cookies, create a craft and take pictures in our Holiday themed covered party area. Admission is $150 which includes 1-4 guests, $25 per additional guest, $20 per additional guest for groups of 10 or more. Note: Admission price applies to all guest over 2 years old (guest 2 and under are free) and the starting price is $150, there is no discount for groups of less than 4 guest. All appointments are subject to availability and approval. An email and invoice will be sent to you for payment upon approval. Invoices must be paid in full upon booking. Weather permitting, appointments may be rescheduled for heavy rain or wind. Bring an unwrapped Toy to donate to children in need and receive a $10 gift card for a return visit. Cancellation Policy
Bookings that are unpaid are subject to be canceled. All booking requests will be followed up with an invoice with event details , reflecting your payment Bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance unless you have an emergency however no matter the reason for cancellation you will forfeit your payment. If you would like to reschedule for weather, illness or a family emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we need to reschedule due to rain, severe weather or an emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to reschedule your specific appointment, we will give you a credit toward a future farm experience of your choice. PLEASE ALSO READ THE NOTES SECTION OF THE INVOICE.
