Service Description

1-hour private tour of the farm with a pony (for riders weighing up to 130lbs), time with our furry friends (horses, goats, sheep, alpacas, pigs, and rabbit), and time with our feathered friends (chickens & ducks). Experience includes 30 mins. of use of the covered party area at the end of your tour. Use for snacks, cake, cupcakes etc. light decorations okay however no additional time will be allotted for decorating or cleaning up after us. The party area must be left as you received it. Evening Appointments (December 9th-23rd, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays & Saturdays from 5P-8P) include Holiday Lights, Hot Coco, Hot Apple Cider, Cookies & Crafts. Enjoy a time of fun & relaxation on the farm. Experience Cost- $200 per experience- price includes 1 to 5 guests. (Under 2 years old free) $25 per additional guest, groups of 10 or more price discounted to $20 per guest. Note-Children over 2 years old and all adults must pay admission Add on options_ $75 to add an additional 30 mins of use of the covered party area to enjoy after 1hr experience (use it to eat lunch, snacks or for a small birthday celebration with cupcakes or cake, etc., you provide) $75 to add a Glam pony- Children will enjoy choosing from a few different costume ideas such as unicorn, fairy, dragon, Hollywood and more. (Duration 30 mins. during the party use area time) $75 to add unicorn costuming to the Pony children will be riding during the Pony Play Date 1 hour tour. $25 to add grain to feed the goats from the outside of their enclosure during the 1 Hour Pony Play Date To ensure that every reservation is honored, we ask that you complete the following: -Submit a signed invoice. -Pay Invoice in full and receive a 10% discount or pay a Minimum of a 25% deposit Seasonal Experiences include: Spring- "Mad Hatter Tea Party" - theme music, decorations, tea, cookies, coloring pages or craft. All Bookings from March 10th- May 31st Fall- "Fall Farm Fun"- Fall decorations & pumpkin patch (each child will be able to pick a pumpkin to take home.) In October Winter-"Holiday Lights" (evening appointments at 5p-7p) - Holiday lights, decorations, theme music, hot Cocoa, cookies & craft area. Cancellation Policy

Important Information Within 24 hours of receipt of your request you will receive an email (which may request additional information). After we contact you via email and collect any necessary information pertaining to your booking request, we will create an invoice for you accordingly. The invoice will be sent to you via email and text for your review and approval. Once we receive your approved invoice, payment we will update your invoice and your booking will be complete. For Payment- Options-(must choose 1) -Pay in full at the time of booking (date of invoice creation) and receive a 10% discount -Pay a 50% deposit at the time of your booking (date of invoice creation) and the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment Methods of payment- (must choose 1) -Credit Card (small credit card service fee applies) -Venmo @christina-dingle-1 (last four digits 7294) -Zelle 925-383-7294 Christina Dingle Please Note your booking will not be considered approve (complete) unless the above-mentioned requirements are met. You must receive our approval via email and/or invoice and we must receive the invoice signed by you and your payment. All appointments are weather permitting and are subject to rescheduling. If for any reason we should need to reschedule your appointment, we will reach out to you as soon as possible and work with you to find the next available date at no charge to you. If you should need to reschedule due to an emergency, sickness, or weather we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to find the next available date at no charge to you.
