Pony Rides

Service Description

Children will enjoy time petting, grooming, and riding our pony. The Pony will be led by a trainer on a lead line in our main arena. No age restrictions, no experience needed. Riders must be able to sit up and hold on without assistance (parents may be permitted to walk along side) 30-minute private session-Max 4 riders recommended when sharing a pony Experience Cost- $75 (1 pony or horse included) $75 for an additional; Pony (a maximum of 1 pony can be added to each appointment) * Note our ponies can hold riders weighing up to a maximum of 130lbs To ensure that every reservation is honored, we ask that you complete the following: -Submit a signed invoice. -Pay a 50% at the timing of booking or pay in full and receive a 10% discount at the time of booking. Payments are nonrefundable Appointments are held weather permitting. If for any reason we should have to reschedule or modify your appointment we will contact you and work with you to find the next best available time at no charge to you. Should you need to reschedule due to an emergency, sickness or weather we ask that you contacted as soon as possible and we will help you reschedule at no cost to you. If you are running late to your appointment for ant reason we ask that you text 925-383-7294. If you are late your appointment may need to be modified to accommodate you and if you are more than 15 mins. we will need to reschedule your appointment. .


Cancellation Policy

Important Information Within 24 hours of receipt of your request you will receive an email (which may request additional information). After we contact you via email and collect any necessary information pertaining to your booking request, we will create an invoice for you accordingly. The invoice will be sent to you via email and text for your review and approval. Once we receive your approved invoice, payment we will update your invoice and your booking will be complete. If payment is collected online during booking the invoice that we send will be marked as paid and will serve as your receipt. For Payment- Options-(must choose 1) -Pay in full at the time of booking (date of invoice creation) and receive a 10% discount -Pay a 50% deposit at the time of your booking (date of invoice creation) and the remaining balance will be due the day of your appointment Methods of payment- (must choose 1) -Credit Card (small credit card service fee applies) -Venmo @christina-dingle-1 (last four digits 7294) -Zelle 925-383-7294 Christina Dingle Please Note your booking will not be considered approve (complete) unless the above-mentioned requirements are met. You must receive our approval via email and/or invoice and we must receive the invoice signed by you and your payment. Most appointments are weather permitting and are subject to rescheduling. If for any reason we should need to reschedule your appointment, we will reach out to you as soon as possible and work with you to find the next available date at no charge to you. If you should need to reschedule due to an emergency, sickness, or weather we ask that you let us know as soon as possible and we will work with you to find the next available date at no charge to you. (we do not allow reschedule for specials events including farm open houses, paint days, camps and events where individual entry tickets are sold, however in most cases we will forward credit your paid balance toward another farm experience) If you are running late to your appointment, we ask that you text 925-383-7294.
