Service Description

Children will enjoy time petting, grooming, and riding our pony. Ponies will be led by a trainer on a lead line in our main arena. No age restrictions, no experience needed. 30-minute private session-Max 4 riders recommended when sharing a horse or pony Experience Cost- $75 (1 pony or horse included) $50 for an additional; Pony * 1 small pony (maximum weight of riders 80lbs) and 1 large pony (maximum weight of riders 130lbs) is the maximum add on Our ponies can hold riders weighing up to 80lbs. Our horses can carry riders weighing up to 130lbs To ensure that every reservation is honored, we ask that you complete the following: -Submit a signed invoice. -Pay a $25 non-refundable deposit (larger deposit may be required for service totals over $200)

Cancelation Policy

Bookings with unpaid deposits are subject to be canceled. All booking requests will be followed up with an invoice we will create and send to you by email and/or text message after your review and approval of invoice please pay deposit via instructions given on the notes section of the invoice. If you do not receive an invoice and we do not receive a deposit within 1 week of your booking your appointment is not considered booked, and it is subject to cancelation. Bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance unless you have an emergency however no matter the reason for cancellation you will forfeit your deposit. If you would like to reschedule for weather, illness or a family emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we need to reschedule due to rain, severe weather or an emergency we will do everything we can to work with you in order to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.
